Dr. Micki Armour finds the field of veterinary ophthalmology fascinating and loves establishing long-term relationships with her patients and their families. As a veterinary ophthalmologist she enjoys the balance between practicing medicine and performing complex surgical procedures.

At the Center for Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery, we work as a team to provide exceptional care to your special pet. All of our doctors have specialized training in dentistry and oral surgery, as well as anesthesia, radiology, and surgery. Patients are monitored closely and cared for before, during, and after their procedure by our doctors and support staff.

In 2005, we opened our doors as Shenandoah Valley Spay/Neuter Clinic with a mission of providing affordable spay/neuter surgeries. 

Anicira has evolved over the years as a direct response to the needs of the community by expanding to offer a broader range of affordable services, including general surgery, dental and oral surgery, and primary care. In 2012, we opened a second location in Manassas to address the lack of access to veterinary care in Northern Virginia. In 2021, Anicira expanded our mission to California by opening an affordable veterinary surgical hospital in San Diego.
